Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at sales@mixmastercomponents.com. You must receive return authorization before shipping a return. Authorized returns must be sent to: MIX MASTER COMPONENTS LLC, 28 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130, United States.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted products, incorrectly ordered products, and other customer-remorse returns. MixMaster will pay return shipping costs when a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@mixmastercomponents.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom-made and special-order products cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
